Rut Niblick Senior Open Rules
As per the R&A Rules of Golf published 2024 All players must be over 55 years of age on the day of the competition. Age Categories for prizes : 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75 - 79; Over 80's All players must hold an active CDH Handicap and proof must be provided. TEES : Golfers age 55 - 79 will play from the 60 Tees (Yardage 6096). We are very keen to encourage older golfers - over 80's will play from the 56 Tees (Yardage 5782) Competitors arriving late on the tee will be penalised up to 2 shots (up to 5 minutes late) or disqualified if more than 5 minutes late. The club reserves the right to refuse entry without giving any reason. Dress rules will apply on the Course and in the Clubhouse. All trophies will remain on permanent display in the Clubhouse. In the event of a tie LUGC rules will apply.
