Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 24th March 2020 at 7.00pm.

The meeting will take place in the Dining Room.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Members to consider & if thought fit pass the following resolution:

It is hereby resolved to incorporate the Golf Club and pursuant thereto to transfer all the business, assets and liabilities of the Golf Club to Pleasington Golf Club Limited.
